What equipment do I need to get started?

To effectively do our workouts at home (or any gym), you'll want the essential gear: an Olympic barbell, weight plates, at least one set of adjustable dumbbells, a piece of cardio equipment like a rower or stationary bike, and accessories like a wall ball, jump rope, AB mat, foam roller, and a kettlebell. This minimal setup will allow you to tackle a variety of functional movements. There are always ways to scale a workout based on what you have (and a quick internet search will show you or you can ask us in the community).

How long do the workouts take, and what's the structure?

The main workout portion typically lasts 8-12 minutes, with the total session (including warm-up) taking around 60 minutes. We design our programming to be efficient and effective, so you can get a challenging workout in a reasonable timeframe. The workouts are structured to focus on a blend of strength and conditioning.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free trial period since we just launched.  You can experience the full benefits of our program while we still work out the kinks. 

What's the monthly subscription cost, and what's included?

Our monthly subscription is less than  $20, which provides access to the Wodify app for the workout programming and tracking your progress, and a community on Facebook

How do I cancel my subscription if I need to?

Canceling your subscription is a straightforward self-service process. If subscribed, just fill out this form.

We have a Facebook group where you can engage us and other members, ask questions, and share your experiences. This is the best way to tap into our supportive community and get the most out of your home workouts.
